7. Confidentiality and personal information
The personal information provided to the website in order to receive or to use certain services is protected under law 677/2001. By filling out the online registration forms, the user agrees that the personal information will be processed by HAPPY TOUR and that he receives messages about future products, services, editorials, contests, marketing campaigns on behalf of HAPPY TOUR or its affiliates.
After completing the registration form, the user has an account to use the services. The user is entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of password associated with his account on www.happytour.ro.
