location: The Bratislava hotel is located in a residential area approximately a 10 minute drive from central Bratislava. Holiday inn Hotel is nearby. rooms: The rooms are small and basic. All rooms have a TV and it is simply decorated and furnished. The decor is mainly browns and beiges. Rooms and bathrooms are kept in a fair condition but still clean and comfortable. restaurant: This is located on the ground floor and is airy and spacious in an atrium; the hotel has another restaurant which is located in the lower ground floor where they serve breakfast. exterior: The building is dark, very 60/70's socialist edifice. There is much concrete and dark wood. lobby: The lobby is large, newly furbished to a good standard. There are several seating areas, a very small bar, marble floor. It was recently refurbished to look a bit stylish. general: The Bratislava is very much the old soviet style of hotel from the outside. The renovation in the lobby transformed the hotel to a far better product. WS0508
