location: Hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city, a couple of minutes walk from Rialto Bridge and approximately 8 minutes walk from San Marco Square. All the sites of major interest are within easy reach. The area is also very lively with many bars and restaurants and some of the best shops in town. The closest boat stop is Rialto. rooms: Rooms are medium in size, nicely furnished in a beautiful and simple Louis Philippe style. They are equipped with all the modern facilities and are in excellent condition. The stylish bathrooms are also in a very good condition. All rooms are soundproof and equipped with frigobar, safe, satellite TV, and direct phone. All rooms are set up in order to enjoy breakfast in total comfort. restaurant: There is no restaurant or breakfast room. Breakfast is served in the room following prior arrangements with hotel staff. exterior: Typical Venetian building completely restored in 2003 and in keeping with the surroundings. lobby: Lobby is very small with a simple desk and basic furnishing. general: The location is ideal.
